The Full Story

Five Mountains Hawaiʻi Inc. was established as a 501c3 non-profit organization, finding its roots in the inspiration drawn from the vision of Dr. Earl Bakken and Kenneth Brown. Since its inception in 1996, the organization has been actively delivering impactful programs to the North Hawaiʻi community. In a significant development in January 2014, Five Mountains Hawaiʻi Inc. underwent a transformative phase, appointing a new Board of Directors and Executive Management Team. Operating under the name Kīpuka o ke Ola (KOKO), the organization has continued to expand its reach and influence, committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those it serves.
