**REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS**
**Non-Profit Organization: Five Mountains Hawaii, dba Kipuka o ke Ola**
Five Mountains Hawaii, dba Kipuka o ke Ola is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed contractors for the **Grubbing and Grading Phase of a brand-new Health Clinic**. The project includes raw land through completion of grading, roads, and utilities within 5-ft of building, including parking.
**Proposal Submission Deadline:** All sealed proposals must be received by 4:00 PM HST on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Situated on seven acres of Hawaiian Homes leased land in the heart of Waimea, this new 14,700-square-foot facility is designed to be a hub for community wellness and connection. The building features a spacious meeting hall for gatherings and events, as well as a fully equipped commercial kitchen to support food programs. Outside, a scenic walking path winds through the property, offering a peaceful space for patients and community members to enjoy. Inside, nine providers will offer a range of essential services, including Primary Care, Psychiatric Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Pediatric Care, Women’s Health, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Lomilomi Massage. Thoughtfully designed to support health, healing, and cultural well-being, this facility will serve as a vital resource for the community.
